Basic Info BioI write across genres; children's fiction, non fiction articles, adult literary fiction, poetry, science fiction, horror, and fantasy. I'm currently working on my children's fantasy series which is set in the Australian bush. I'm studying for my Masters of Research in Writing.
I'm a member of the Australian Horror Writers Society, the Australian Society of Authors, the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and the Katharine Sussanah Prichard Writers Centre. In past lives, I've been a primary school teacher, a fruit picker, a bowser bird, a clerk, a cleaner and a checkout chick.
I've also written under the name Sonia Timms.
